We want to make sure you have a full understanding of our company as well as all process and procedures for every step of your visit to this website from ordering, shipping, types of conversion rates and most importantly – what to do when your music arrives.

Please visit the FAQ section, and if you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to fill out this web form.

Pricing

a) What are the prices for your services?
Please see the rate chart at our order page.

b) Do you charge by the CD, or by a quantity range?
We find that the best way to decide pricing is to give rates by ranges of CD’s. However, that does not mean if you have a 136 CD’s that we charge you for 150. Note: you are charged for every CD that is in your order, whether we were successful in converting the music or not. If we are un-successful on the 1st rip we spend extra time cleaning your music then trying again. Sometimes the disc is too damaged, and the charge per CD is still in effect.
